"HOW ARE THINGS GOING WITH RENEW?"
Sometimes it can be tricky to answer this question. On one hand, we're encouraged by the rapidly growing impact the Lord is allowing us to have in the Body of Christ. On the other hand, we are facing some very serious challenges. The graph on the right shows the ups and downs of the last few years.
LEADERS TRAINED RAPIDLY INCREASING
We are enjoying providing biblical multi-ethnic training resources for an increasing number of Christians across the U.S. and the world.  Over the last year...
On-site Training: We helped thousands of Christians in over forty campuses and organizations.
Website: Our website attracted over 2,300,000 hits. Over 2200 people are subscribed to our newsletters.
E-learning: Over 500 leaders in several dozen organizations have used our e-learning sessions.

“ReNew’s excellent resources are having a huge impact on our campus.” - Dr. Carl Ruby, VP for Student Life, Cedarville U.

Our work with Cedarville University is an example of how we are helping organizations. In September, we worked with the Residence Life Director to design multi-ethnic training for all the RAs and RDs. In December, we led a half day of training for all Student Life staff. Several hundred students and faculty used our e-learning sessions throughout the school year. In May, we facilitated a two day training forum for 50+ faculty and staff (president's cabinet, department chairs, etc.) These are just a few of the ways we're helping Christian campuses across the country.
EXPENSES UP, INCOME DOWN
We love working with additional leaders and organizations but it does result in additional expenses. Unfortunately, as our expenses have been gradually increasing our income from donations has been gradually decreasing. Not a fun combination!
WHY NOT CHARGE MORE?
We are seeing a slow increase in income from fees for our training programs and e-learning but it is still only able to cover about 10% of our expenses. You may wonder, "Why not just charge higher fees?" Most organizations currently do not have much room in their budget for multi-ethnic training programs. Increasing our fees would greatly limit the number of organizations and leaders we could help.
WAYS YOU CAN HELP
Would you consider helping us through this exciting but also challenging season by...
Praying: For the Lord to give us wisdom for dealing with the challenges, discernment to know the best course of action, and new financial partners.
Giving: Our greatest need is for financial partners who will give toward our work on an on-going basis (monthly or annually). Giving info: renewpartnerships.org/give
Using our training resources: Does your church or organization want to become more multi-ethnic and have a biblical approach to ethnic relations? If so, please encourage your leaders to consider using our resources or hosting a training workshop.
Spreading the word: Can you tell some friends about our ministry and/or host a small desert or dinner where we could share about our work?

In the midst of challenges and uncertainty it is a great comfort to know that the Lord is in complete control and will supply all of our needs (Phil 4:19). It is also a huge blessing to have your interest, prayers, partnership, and support. Thank you!

P.S. A final exciting bit of news... We recently added three of the nations top multi-ethnic experts to our Board of Directors: Dr. Korie Edwards, Glen Kinoshita, and Dr. Alvin Sanders. You can learn about our board members at: renewpartnerships.org/about/board
